The first day of the Conference is always a little bit tricky as we try to find our grounds and unexpected things happens (like a frying computer) but soon enough, and with the help of some Carioca spirit (Tudo Bem! Everything's fine), we got quickly back on tracks and we are now waiting for the second waves of participants who will register tomorrow when the opening day of the Conference kicks off.
While the Board of Management was conveneing at the Fundaçao Getulia Vargas, participants participants were attending the panel of the Division for Public Administration and Development Management of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs
The Panel was chaired by Dr. John-Maru Kauzia, Adviser in Goverance Systems and Institutions at UNDESA
Tomorrow, the opening ceremony starts at 9.30 am and we hope to see you there!
